1. Introduction

Welcome to Wookar Adventures. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure clarity, safety, and a smooth experience for both you and our team.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit of 40% is required to confirm your booking.

  • Full payment is due One Month before departure.

  • Payment methods accepted: M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, Credit Card].

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the trip are eligible for Full refund.

  • Cancellations less than 60 days are eligible for Partial

  • In case of emergencies, we’ll assess refunds on a case-by-case basis with compassion and fairness.

4. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • You may request to change travel dates at least 40 days in advance.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and possible price adjustments.

5. Travel Insurance

  • All travelers are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, loss of luggage, and trip cancellations.

  • Wookar Adventures is not liable for any costs arising from incidents not covered under our responsibility.

6. Health & Safety

  • Guests must inform us of any medical conditions or special needs before travel.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose health or behavior may impact the safety of the group.

7. Liability

  • While we do our best to ensure your safety and enjoyment, Wookar Adventures is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damages that occur during the trip, unless due to proven negligence on our part.

  • Nature and wildlife can be unpredictable. We partner with trained guides and service providers to minimize risks.

8. Faith-Inspired Experiences

  • Some of our tours may include optional moments of prayer, reflection, or spiritual insights inspired by our Christian values. Participation is voluntary and open to all.

9. Code of Conduct

  • Respect for fellow travelers, local communities, cultures, and environments is essential.

  • We maintain the right to remove any guest from a trip if their behavior puts others at risk or disrupts the group.

10. Privacy

  • Your personal information is kept confidential and only used to process bookings and improve your experience with us.

  • We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

11. Photography & Media

  • Photos taken during tours may be used for Wookar Adventures’ promotional materials. Please inform us if you’d prefer not to be photographed or filmed.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local legal procedures.
